Earlier, we have already implemented a number of measures aimed at improving the quality of the services provided. Additionally this year, within the framework of the investment program, measures are planned to automate the pumping stations of water supply and drainage, improving productivity and optimization of labor in separate sections of the Vodokanal. As explained by the Technical Director of "Gorvodokanal" Alexander Pipple, within the framework of the National Project, it is planned to optimize the processes on the selected "reference" site and extend the principles of leaning production to all the others.
According to the press service of the enterprise, earlier leaders of key units were trained under the leadership of experts from the Regional Center for Competences.
The National Project "Productivity and Employment Support" is being implemented in accordance with the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin No. 204 of May 7, 2018.
It includes three federal projects - "Systemic measures to improve labor productivity", "Address support for improving labor productivity at enterprises", "Employment support and improving the efficiency of the labor market to ensure labor productivity growth."
