The investigation department of the investigative committee of the Russian Federation in the Saratov region was completed by the investigation of a criminal case against a 38-year-old native of the city of Balakovo.
He is accused of committing crimes provided for in Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder), paragraph "B" Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code (theft, perfect with the causation of significant damage to the citizen), part 1 of Art. 166 of the Criminal Code (hijacking), part 2 of Art. 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the intentional destruction of someone else's property, which caused the causation of significant damage committed by arson) and paragraph "B, G, D" Part 2 of Art. 117 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (a torture committed against obviously for the perpetrator of a pregnant woman who is from it in material dependence associated with the use of torture).
According to the investigation, in October 2017, 35-year-old Balacovets, from jealousy decided to deal with the 50-year-old "former" his cohabitant. For this purpose, on October 6, 2017, in the morning, under a fraudulent pretext, he organized the arrival of the opponent in a deserted place three kilometers from the city of Balakovo, where from a firearm (revolver), produced at least three shots to him in the back. From the injured injuries, the victim died on the spot. Wanting to hide the traces of a crime, the attacker burned the body at the fire, after which she gathered the remains and moved to another site of the terrain in the Balakovo district, where he left on Earth, sprinkled by foliage.
For a long period of time, this crime remained unscrewed. But the investigators of the SC together with the staff of the police police and operational-search activities aimed at establishing the truth in the case continued. In March 2020, the crime was revealed. In the course of the investigation of the criminal case, evidence was obtained by the accused of a number of other illegal acts.
So, it was found that from the car, where on October 6, 2017, the victim came to the meeting, the attacker kidnapped a bag, a mobile phone and cash for a total of 11,000 rubles. In addition, after the assassination of the opponent, the 35-year-old Balakovovets hijacked the Peugeot 207 car, which was in the use of the victim. The vehicle he moved to the abandoned garage, not far from the gateway bridges. Next, wanting to hide the traces of perfect murder, he poured the body of the body and a car's salon, after which it was settled and disappeared from the crime scene. The car burned down completely. Its owner caused property damage in the amount of 241,300 rubles.
In addition, in the period from 2016 to 2020, the same man systematically committed against its cohabitant unlawful actions related to its torture, that is, causing physical and moral suffering by systematic application of victims and other violent activities.
