"Kommersant" learned about the plans of Avtodat to collect data on the fatigue of drivers in the way

Automakers want to oblige to transmit information about the speed, location and direction of the movement of cars of the Navigation and Telemetric Platform of Avtodata. This is reported by Kommersant with reference to the draft list of data.

The draft law on the introduction of the platform "Avtodat" is being developed by NP "GLONASS" and the National Technical Initiative (NTI) "AUTON". With its help, information will be collected and processed, which, in particular, will help identify potentially dangerous vehicles and ensure spotlights.

Automakers will have to collect through the onboard system once a minute navigation data (coordinates, direction of movement, speed) and information about the dynamics of movement (acceleration, axis load, triggering the driver of the driver (ADAS), anti-lock and anti-slip systems, alarm systems, emergency braking and etc). Every 30 minutes, the company will share information about the statics of headlights and overall lights, slowly moving cars, road works, reducing visibility, obstacles on the road, as well as signs of driver fatigue. The same frequency of transmission is also provided for information about the operation of the engine error indicator, brake system malfunction and even wear brake pads.

Further, the entire array with a frequency of once in 15 minutes is planned to be transferred to a single database of Avtodat. Information will not be an impersonal: the list will enter the VIN number of the machine. What threatens the leak of such data - it is difficult to submit. But it is possible that such information will be useful to hijackers.

In NTI "AutoNet" argue that information with the VIN number after hitting Avtodatu will immediately be held depersonalization. The transmission frequency of 15 minutes is called a compromise: with a larger time, many data becomes irrelevant, but the delays are quite enough so that there is no tracking of machines in real time.

NTI "Autonenet", we recall, established by the government and is a state plan for the development of the electric car market, unmanned cars and "smart" technologies in transport until 2035. Financing "AutoNeta" until 2020 exceeded 50 billion rubles, of which 28.5 billion from the state budget.
