All integrated government agencies are entrusted to provide:

- pre-school organizations of all forms of ownership, with the exception of duty groups not more than 25 people;
- children's health camps;
- children's entertainment centers (playgrounds, attractions in closed rooms);
- entertainment facilities, including nightclubs, bookmakers, karaoke, PS clubs, bowling, lotto clubs, computer clubs, circus, billiards.
"In the period from March 20 to 24, 2021, to suspend activities: trading houses (centers), shopping and entertainment centers; indoor food and non-food markets, open non-food markets; Food facilities (cafes, restaurants, coffee shops cafes, fudcorts, dining rooms, doners, bars, and so on), except for the work on the removal, "said in the document.

These and other restrictions will take effect from 7.00 March 20.
