The initial layout in this income house has developed in the Soviet period, the borders of the residential space are formed by the supporting walls, since the apartment is located in a narrow part of the building.
In the process of repair, bathroom transfer and separation of the bathroom were carried out. It turned out to be done thanks to the initially hollow overlap and the location of the apartment on the first residential floor - there is a commercial premises under it. The living rooms were passing, they managed to divide them with the help of a glass partition, which separated the living room and the lounge area.
The kitchen remained in its borders with gas equipment in the original places agreed in this house. For visual order, the gas pipeline route was raised to the ceiling and are reduced to the angle. To equip the dining area, the refrigerator and the oven with microwaves were embedded in a niche opposite the compact kitchen headset. With a ceiling height of 3.4 meters, this design has become dominant indoors and was performed in the pilient facades.
The headset with an integrated sink, a dishwasher and a cooking surface was made to order on individual sizes: the cabinets are half built into the niche at the window and are limited to the size of the apartment's ventilation mine. Cabinets for niche with household appliances are collected in IKEA to optimize the budget. Facades serve as a neutral background in the overall space of the apartment. The model range made it possible to organize the antlesol storage cabinets over the column: it required the non-standard use of the lower base and fastening its facade at the top.

At the dismantling stage, we decided to leave some walls with an open brickwork, such an authenticity revives the interior and makes it individual. The brick was cleared of the layers of plaster and covered with a matte varnish, and in the bedroom the hostess muffled his color with gray crooked paint, leaving only relief.
Due to the selection of a separate dressing room, it turned out to be saved on storage systems using a mesh wardrobe system. This room, besides the storage function, the role of a post-point: there is a washing machine and a separate ventilation channel is close.
The outcomed detail is the poster in a large wooden frame with a very important to the customer of the performance, the bright print of which is viewed from all corners of the apartment. The placement site was chosen at the planning stage as supporting the dining group in the spirit of the 50s. It was additionally allocated to the carpet, which gives comfort and sends to vintage and loft aesthetics.
Beds for this project were made to order specifically under the size of the premises. It was necessary to make used accommodation with the lifting mechanism for storage, and in the bedroom the hostess also add a side for convenient reading in bed.

For wall decoration, small format glazed relief tiles and moisture resistant paint were chosen. A contrasting grout in the bathroom is perfectly combined with an open brickwork on the bearing wall and supported by an orange spot color around the perimeter.
