In the cassation appeal, the pilot deficiency stressed that the authorities ordered him to manage Mi-8MTP-1, although he had no appropriate tolerance. In addition, for extinguishing the already burning machine, not intended for this technique.

The main cause of the accident commander and its defense called the fact that "the helicopter's taxtening was carried out on the strip that had invalid defects."
