Initiative residents of the Brest region decided to make a condemnation of the introduction of a collection for those who crosses the border by car. Now continues the collection of signatures. It is approved: the law provides for the right to drive a fee, but does not oblige. According to the compilers of the survey, the decision on the "tax" will explicitly contradict the interests of the inhabitants of the border.
