According to the study, the highest salaries in the regions in the extractive industry, in the field of intellectual labor and in the financial services industry. The highest salary in the country is about 380 thousand rubles per month in oilans on Sakhalin. The highest sectoral salary was detected in Mordovia - in the engineering industry, there it brings an income of ten times less than the "oil machine" on Sakhalin. Moscow financiers and representatives of the extractive industry on Yamal also hit the ranking leaders.

Also most secured in 13 regions, employees of the financial sector, mainly employees of banks. By the way, the financial scheme is in the three industries with the highest salary immediately in the 24 regions of Russia.
In 2020, it was quite expected to strengthen the position of healthcare. In 12 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, health care is included in the top industries with high salaries, "the Federal Business Journal writes.
Kaluga region and neighborsIn the Kaluga region, the highest paid industry in 2020 was the production of motor vehicles. On average, employees of this industry receive 62 thousand rubles in our region.
In the neighboring Tula region above the rest, scientific research and development are evaluated. The average salary of Tula, working in this industry is 66 thousand rubles.
In the Bryansk region, more than others, land transport workers are obtained - 48 thousand rubles.
Financial services are valued in the Oryol region. The average salary in the industry is 45 thousand rubles.
In the Smolensk region, the highest paid industry has become energy. The average salary of energy in the region amounted to 44 thousand rubles.
In the suburbs, the most highly paid industry - wholesale. The average salary in it is 74 thousand rubles.
"By the way, the analysts do not expect a serious improvement in the salaries of analysts in 2021, since the echoes of the complex 2020 will still have influence," experts noted.
