Installation
First, we need to download these patterns. They can be found on the Internet, they usually download in the rare - archive file. After downloading, we find it in the folder and click on the PCM (right mouse button) on it and select the action "Extract to the current folder" ("Extract Here").
We have a folder with files.
Click on it PCM, then the "Cut" command.
After that, you need to do the following path: This computer (my computer) → Local disk (C :) → Program Files → Photoshop CS6 (Adobe Photoshop) → PRESETS folder → Patterns folder. We fall into the folder with textures. We add here our patterns by pressing PCM → Paste.
If you have a window "No access to the target folder" window, then in this case you need to click the "Continue" command.
Everything, the file is now inserted.
Create a document with texture
Go to the photoshop program and create a new document ("File" → "Create" → OK).
We have a context menu in front of us, in which there is a section "type type" section, it is necessary to select "patterns" in it.
Then click on the download command.
The Photoshop program immediately opens the folder with the textures, it remains to choose the appropriate one.
Click on it, we find the file in the format "RAT" and choose "Download".
As soon as the download occurred, it can be noted that the patterns became greater, and this means that the processing was successful. Press "ready."
The menu appears in front of us where we choose the "Texture" item. Next, in the elements we will find the pattern we need, click on it → then "OK".

Texture from pictures
Sometimes it happens that the suitable structure is already available, but it is not in the archive format, but is a regular picture in PNG or JPEG format. If the way out of this situation? Definitely yes! Let's cope with this task together. 1) Open the picture in the usual format ("File" → "Open" → OK).
2) Let's go to "Edit" → Determine the pattern

We work according to the algorithm:
1) Create a new white canvas document.
3) Filter → Stylization → Embossing.
In the menu that appears, we adjust the values in the "Height" and "Effect" columns. Click on the "OK" button.
That's all, we formed our own texture by combining filters.
Overlay on image
And now let's improve the photo using these magic tools. For this process, we need the illustration itself and a texture suitable for it. Suppose we take a photo of a girl and imitation of soap bubbles.
First, we need to upload a photo, for this we carry out the following: File → Open → Find the desired document → Open.
Then we transform our background in the layer. LKM two times on the background → "OK"
Texture → Select the desired pattern → "OK".
Watching the result, we note that the photo has played new paints.
