Pavlodar. March 18. KazTAG - more than 3 thousand trees can cut out when building a bridge in Pavlodar, KazTag reports.
"One of the issues in the construction of a new bridge across the Irtysh river is a forced cutting of 3040 trees, in this regard, the project provides for a compensation landing 1:10 of new trees in the 51th quarter of Chernoretsky forestry and in the city according to the letter of the inspection of the Forestry of the region and the City Housilion Department, - said the director of the Pavlodar regional branch of JSC NK Kazavtol Akylbek Kabyldin on Thursday.
According to Kabaldin, built in 1962, the bridge over the Irtysh River no longer meets modern carrying capacity requirements and passing the car stream.
Two project options were proposed, the one where the closing of the old bridge was not covered.
"For the period of construction of a new bridge transition, which constitutes 25 months according to regulatory data, the movement of motor vehicles on the road of the republican value of Kyzylorda-Pavlodar-Pavlodar-Uspenka-Border of the Russian Federation (A-17) will not be closed. It will function in normal mode according to the old bridge, the dismantling of the old bridge will be carried out after the opening of the movement along the new bridge transition, "said the director of the Pavlodar regional branch of the NK Kazavolov JSC.
The extrado bridge will have four lanes and sidewalks. The overall length of the design will be 2.7 km, of which the bridge itself is 691 m.
In public hearings, environmentalists noted the lack of thoughtful measures for compensation for the losses of the Green Foundation of the Pavlodar region.
"Where does the contractors find tens of thousands of good quality seedlings? In Pavlodar, it is very difficult to find a place for landing even thousands of trees, given all available parks, "said Tatyana Ponomareva, an expert of Beginin-Bio.
Svetlana Mogilyuk, Chairman of the Ekom, Svetlana Mogilyuk proposed to re-lead a forest patentological assessment with an invitation to submit representatives of the public and, taking into account this data, recycled the EIA.
Public scientists are confident - we need a detailed plan for compensatory landings on the territory of Pavlodar and the lands of the Gosplanefond, indicating the place and timing of the landings, the amount, the breeding composition, the quality of the planting material, as well as warranty care and measures to restore the dead plants planted under compensation.
In addition, public monitoring with the obligatory participation of environmental public organizations should be included in the plan of environmental protection measures for the project.
The new bridge over the Irtysh is supposed to be commissioned in 2024.
