It explains that, according to the criminal case materials, in August 2018, the chief specialist of the manufacturing department of the MKU "UKS Penza City", which was a curator of the construction of the school, did not inspect and acceptance of the planned clogged, did not reveal the substitution and entered the documents confirming the equipment compliance with the requirements Design and estimate documentation.

It clarifies that the former employee of the MKU "UKS Penza City" was charged with a crime provided for by Art. 200.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Abuse in the sphere of procurement of goods, works, services for state or municipal needs"; Currently, the criminal case is sent to court to consider essentially.
