Large-scale protests that have passed in 100 Russian cities on January 23, ended not only by the most massive detentions over the past 10 years according to the "OTD-Info", but also a dozen criminal cases. They were mainly excited for the use of force against security forces, hooliganism and blocking roads.

Moscow

In the capital, criminal cases started on January 23 under articles 318 (the use of violence against the authority), 167 (intentional destruction or damage to property), 213 (hooliganism) and 267 (road overlapping):

According to the investigative committee, they are associated with several incidents:

  • Not far from the Sretensky Boulevard "aggressively tuned citizens" in response to the requirements several times hit the Rosgvardeysian, they pushed him to the ground and continued to beat;
  • Unknown people sprayed tear gas in the face of two security officials;
  • In Pushkin Square, one of the protesters beat a riot police officer;
  • Several people blocked the car and sprayed tear gas in the face of the driver on color boulevard;
  • During the rally in Pushkin Square, the protesters "deliberately organized overlapping of roads and sidewalks."

SC continues to study photos and videos from protests. For the use of violence, the maximum punishment is up to five years of imprisonment, but can be prescribed a fine of 200 thousand rubles. If the SC decides that violence was dangerous for the life of the security fors, condemn the prison for 10 years. On 167 the article, the punishment can also range from two to five years of imprisonment depending on the severity of intent and consequences. Article 213 may sentence for seven years in prison.

Article 267 may either write a penalty of up to 300 thousand rubles, or to deprive freedom for a year. If the road lock led to easy harm to health, then the term increases to two years. The article on the overlap of the roads tightened before the new year, despite the opinion of the Supreme Court that such an administrative article is sufficient. The "right.ru" assumed that it would be applied to the participants of the rallies.

Vladivostok.

In Vladivostok, two criminal cases were opened under the article on the application of violence against police officers and one overlooking roads. This is what happened according to SC:

  • During the rally on January 23, a 28-year-old resident of Vladivostok grabbed the neck and tried to sow on the land of Rosgvardeys, and then hit him twice;
  • Male in mask several times hit two patrol officers;
  • Because of the ranked rally streets, four "fast" could not drive on urgent challenges, "one of which was to a 9-month-old child, as well as to severe patients with pneumonia."

  • The protesters blocked the roads in the city center from 9:30 to 17:00 and "created a threat to safety, forcing the drivers to apply dangerous maneuvers to avoid driving on pedestrians";
  • On the Senate Square, a man hit two traffic police officers - he was detained.

Novosibirsk

The ruling says that in the rollers a suspect called "hide the face, to move, so as not to climb, shout out the utterances, use the coupling applied by the Belarusians, in the case of detention attempts to run away, to resist, including violence." Similar things to the day before the protests opened in Tatarstan and Moscow.

Krasnodar

In Krasnodar, a man climbed to the monument to the Kuban Cossack and exposed the buttocks - they opened a criminal case under Article 213 (hooliganism in the motive of hatred).
